Returns
We can accept any unopened/unused in original condition products but unfortunately, we do not offer free returns therefore you as the customer will be responsible to cover the cost of the return. We advise sending the return using a tracked or signed for service so that the parcel can be located and to confirm it has arrived at the warehouse. Please remember to include a note which contains your name, order number and reason for return. The items will be checked once we receive them, and a refund will be issued accordingly. Order Amendments
Order amendments will need to be made within one hour of your initial order being placed. You can notify us by email or live chat. Please ensure your order number and all details are included so that we can process the changes quickly.

Please note that we will need to be notified of any concerns or issues regarding received items within 5 working business days once your parcel has been delivered.
